Mrs. Caitlyn Melton graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Education and earned her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2026. She spent seven years teaching in Mustang Public Schools, primarily in Kindergarten and Pre-K, before joining Victory Family School as an early childhood teacher in 2019. In 2021, Mrs. Melton transitioned into administration as Director of Operations and now serves as Head of School at Victory Family School.
Throughout her teaching career Mrs. Melton has served and collaborated on many committees in Mustang. She also served has head Volleyball Coach for two of those years and still enjoys coaching today.
As a lifelong learner she has attended numerous professional development trainings that has kept her up to date on the most effective strategies for teaching and learning. Mrs. Melton has also grown from her mentors and school community in Mustang.
Mrs. Melton and her family attend and serve at Victory Family Church. She and her husband, Ben, were married in 2017 and are blessed with three daughters, Ellie, Jayne, and Logan. Mrs. Melton is grateful for the opportunity to serve the students, families, and staff of Victory Family School and considers it a privilege to be part of the VFS community.
