Graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music, emphasis in Vocal Performance. After graduating, she performed for years with various light opera and theater companies in the Seattle area in productions such as South Pacific, Gilbert & Sullivan’s Ruddigore and The Mikado. As a highly experienced Soprano soloist, she sang with the choir at one of Seattle’s largest churches. She also directed the elementary choir there consisting of over 100 first through fifth graders.
After moving to Southern California in 2004, Mrs. White was recruited and hired to help the Executive Director of Worship, Music and the Arts at a large church where she had the opportunity to work with various ensembles including both children’s and adult choirs, worship bands, as well as the bell choir. She earned her teaching credential in Music grades Kindergarten through 12th as well as her Master of Arts in Education from Azusa Pacific University. She taught Jr. High and High School Choir while completing her graduate degree.
Mrs. White relocated with her family to Oklahoma in 2014. She and her husband have been married 12 years and have two children, Alex (9 years) and Jameson (6 years). In her free time, Mrs. White loves to travel (especially to the mountains), go camping, play piano and hang out with her family. She is thrilled to be a teaching at Victory Family School and is looking forward to an amazing year!
