KORIE

Korie Smith graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and started her teaching career in 2018. She is a certified Early Childhood teacher, and also holds certifications to teach Marketing and PE/Health. This is her first year at Victory Family School, but she spent the first few years of her career teaching Kindergarten at Moore Public Schools.

Korie and her husband, Jake, have been married for 7 years. They have two children: Titan (5) and Tatum (2). She loves spending time outdoors with her family, whether that means hiking, playing sports, going on walks, or anything else! She also does photography in her spare time.

In the classroom, Korie loves to create a structured yet fun learning environment. Any time she can incorporate movement into her activities, she does! She wants every student to know they are loved and supported. She felt that VFS was the perfect  place for her and her family because the Good News of the gospel and love of Christ is woven into every lesson.
